Refunds Policy
- The Organiser does not offer refunds due to you changing your mind, a change in your personal circumstances, external factors such as adverse weather, or by a person other than the event organiser, such as government restrictions. The Organiser will only provide a refund if an event is cancelled by the Organiser (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled event) or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). If an event is cancelled, you do not need to apply for a refund, as we will automatically attempt to process a refund back to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket;
- If the event is cancelled by the Organiser, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (less the transaction fee). Proof of purchase will be required for any refund. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the Organiser will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you due to the cancellation of the event, including any travel and accommodation expenses;
- All refunds are considered at the Organiser’s absolute discretion.
